Your real call-out depends on your furthest address, and the time depends on access and how much you move.
What affects the price
You pay for the time your move takes, so anything that adds time adds cost: how much you're moving, stairs and lifts, long carries from the truck, parking and loading access, and the distance between addresses. There are no separate surcharges for stairs, access or weather. Moves we quote after a free site inspection: homes with 5+ bedrooms, offices, long-distance and interstate moves, valuable items and packing jobs.
Booking, deposit and insurance
- Deposit: one hour of your move plus the call-out, paid online to lock in your date and taken off your final bill.
- Cancellation: free with at least 2 days’ notice before your move, with your deposit refunded. We can change your date or time with prior notice.
- Insurance: we hold public liability and goods in transit insurance, the industry standard. Small accidental damage isn't covered; our insurance partners can offer cover for it on request.
